Columbia Falls is an excellent area in-between Whitefish and Glacier National Park. It is an easy jumping off point to visit the area. Several good dining facilities close to hotel with excellent roads to and from Glacier. If going to Glacier make arrangements first to use bus tours, all turn-offs and sights filled, unable to enter with the area filled with cars, plus it hard to see the sights when you have to concentrate on the road.RichardUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

Columbia falls is a quite little gateway city to Glacier National Park as well as close to Whitefish Mountain Resort and the quaint town of Whitefish and bigger town of Kalispell. It's really a great location for folks looking to do multiple things while in the area.

This was such a cute little town to stay in. Everyone was so kind to us tourist we never had any issues with anyone that’s not very common in today’s world. I loved every minute of my stay here and I will return!

BBQs and a fire place were provided, along with free wood, fuel, and lighters. The room itself was quite clean and modern with attractive wood furnishings. I mostly stayed here so I could check out Glacier National Park, which is only 20ish minutes away. There is no front desk so you need to get the door code before you arrive.RyanCanada
