The breakfast was awesome.
The breakfast was awesome. The fitness room had actual free weights and a couple different aerobic options. My room was super clean and everything was in good shape. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.AAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

The bed was comfortable. When I asked to meet with the current manager face-to-face she was professional, very displeased with how I was treated by staff and how they handled bigtime issues such as mold-hazard of storm water seeping into the room at the foundation and the pool being off-limits until next summer because of a broken pump. What was advertized was not what the reality was. Kitchen utensils were missing...blamed on past residents, but never replaced. Current staff was unfriendly and , played "dumb" to most questions or complaints. Current staff was difficult to reach at the front desk. Check-in time of 3pm on my confirmation sheet was not honored. This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever! Until this site gets a complete make-over and change of current staff, I would absolutely not recommend it. If I would rate it, I would give it a sub-zero!

I was impressed with how friendly the staff and facility manager were. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was clean and the breakfast that was served was very good. In addition, restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Many of the major shopping centers were a short drive from the hotel and easy to get to. Dublin is affluent and safe. It has many attractions all within a close drive. Some of the restaurants are a little pricey and trendy, but there is no shortage of ones to choose from. This was a good, centralized location for visiting family and friends in the area.Mchael - 8.0Scored 8.0

This was an annual get away for shopping with friends. Love the Outlet mall - lots of good deals to be had. Easton Town Center offered lots of shopping options, some budget friendly. Dublin was a surprise!
Dublin was a surprise! We loved staying in a hotel right in the heart of this growing area. It was walkable to dinner and a bit exploring. Our kids fell in love with the bridge which lead us to explore the city more then we planned to and expected. The people are kind and the drivers are wonderful with all of the walkers crossing the street. Such a walking friendly area!

Just a few complaints: my key card to my room would not work on a couple of occasions. Laundry room washers had soap on them. No lobby for guests to chill or relax. The stove took a while to heat up. The hotel itself is outdated and No full breakfast. However, Im glad I was able to cook there to save money. It is a safe and quiet working class neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I needed to.

The suspension bridge is cool. Lots of restaurants in bridge park and across the river in downtown dublin and historic downtown dublin. Everything is a short walk from hotel. Restaurants/bars, arcade, bowling, ice cream shop, candy shops, coffee shops, bakeries, north market, nail salons, spas etc...so much to see and do. Highly recommend a stay here.
