The breakfast itself was okay. However there was not a gluten free option in the cereal or bread. Also the hot water machine was too small to cater for all the quests using it and constantly had to be refilled. The main complaint I have however is the use of paper plates, cups and polystyrene bowls. In a time of climate change there was no effort to recycle these plate as all the plates that had food were put into the same thrash bin as everything else. This is disappointing.

Please don't try to bring your family or friends to this place before they do a comprehensive state inspection or shut it for renovation. If your guests are allergic or have a breathing condition, the air pollution in this building could be devastating to them. The other side of the facility seems to be on standards, but again they play by the names on the website and would pretend they never advertised for the other hotel. Just don't take that risk, your health is priceless.

Location was great!
Location was great! Our first room was on the first floor & it needs renovations ! Carpet was old! Peep hole in door had no metal covering so I had to tell maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush! We noticed crickets in our room the first night & our neighbors next door were very loud & obnoxious. Carpet in hallway on first floor needs replaced!The front desk gave us a room on third floor which was wonderful- upgraded & no crickets.AAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

The room we had had some sort of fleas or bugs as my son woke up with bites and scratching. I had a few bites. We moved rooms and it seemed to be better but it didn’t help as we both already had bites. The hotel was fine. Pets were permitted (a negative for me, but not for some). You may want to request being on a floor where pets are not permitted. I live in Coatesville and work in Downingtown. Life begins in Exton. What do I mean? Exton is the center of commerce for Chester County. The county seat is in West Chester, but the mall, the biggest library, and more are in Exton.
