clean place, across the street from limited fast food dinner options. we just stayed one night for a layover at LAX. there was a wait for check-in, and one group didnt make it on the shuttle from the airport because it was too full, so i'm not sure if the hotel covered a taxi for them or not. it would be nice if the shuttle were more frequent (hourly). i took the shuttle back to the airport an hour early in case we wouldn't make it on (for being too full), but it was quite empty at 6am so there was no issue in the end. friendly staff and clean hotel for a quick overnight.

You couldn’t ask for anything better for a layover at LAX.
Free shuttle service, got me to and from the airport in minutes, very friendly driver.
Helpful, friendly front desk staff. My room was large, spotless and comfortable.
Coffee available at 5 a.m and full, yummy breakfast buffet by 6 a.m. So convenient for a travel day.
The gym was excellent, not the sort of after thought exercise room that many hotels have.
I will recommend this place to anyone I know who may have a stopover in Los Angeles.
Exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Close to the airport (LAX), about 15 minute drive. I needed to work in Torrance just south which took me about 20 minutes.
Rooms are clean and spacious, and a safe place to park with plenty of parking spaces.
Breakfast is good enough.

Lawndale is about 20 driving minutes away from Manhattan Beach, LAX, and SoFi Stadium. You can stay in Lawndale in order to reach other destinations via driving. Traffic exists, but it’s not terrible; plan accordingly. There are several great local food options, including Hof’s Hut and King’s Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant.

If you want to save few bucks by staying away from the LA downtown and nearby to the Airport, this could be a good choice. But there is nothing in this area. you have to drive at least for 20-30 minutes to go to beaches. Manhattan beach was lovely, Long beach is there. If you plan to go to San Diego staying in this place will save you an hour because travel time from Lawndale to LA downtown is additional one hour and could be more in bad traffic.

I think the area was not the greatest because it was quite small, but there was security and I felt very safe. We had a beautiful view of the moon and the stars at night. It was very peaceful and the weather was beautiful.

Initially I read that this area was sketchy, but upon staying here for a few days, I found that this was far from the truth. It's a busy, bustling region full of diverse, friendly people. I would gladly stay there again no problems.
The location was reasonable logistically, but there was zero parking on the block. I ended up parking in the dark, about three-quarters of a block away in a spot that didn’t have working streetlights. It was cheap compared to other options in the area, but I ended up wishing I’d pushed through and added another hour to our drive to find a better area to stay.
Accommodation fulfilled its needs: beds to sleep in within the area, that we were looking for a one night stay. Hotel corridors looked partly run down / under construction, but rooms were clean, well equipped. We came in late and left next morning, so not much of getting to know the Motel. For its needs it was ok and reasonably priced.
Comfortable, large room with great AC. Clean, quiet. We got to discover a different part of LA that was close by (Manhattan and Redondo Beaches), they were very nice. I bought food from a cheap supermarket close by and there was a refrigerator in the room so this was very convenient and made the stay cheaper.
The only thing we did like is not properly related to the motel (that is what it is: a Motel, not a hotel). What we liked was that we saw a lady from India (member of the staff), doing a ceremony prior to water the plants of the petite garden they have in front of the office.
Staff was very pleasant and knowledgable at check in. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of free parking. Most hotels have gone cheap due to pandemic but you can tell they keep the place clean and up to date. Pool was fun and relaxing after spending the day outside to explore.
I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast! We expected a buffet, it was gross food in a brown bag! One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the advertised continental breakfast!
One of the better hotels we had in Califonia for that pricepoint
Metro Railstation is a 30 Min Walk Away. But it will take time to get you somewhere downtown or Santa Monica
The layout of the hotel was nice and easy access all around to get in and out. The room was ok. I enjoy the fresh made waffle and coffee that was available for breakfast.
A nice hotel for short(er) stays. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient location not far from LAX airport. Would stay again when in LA.
