This worked well for a girls' trip where we wanted more privacy than a single hotel room. The bedrooms are snug, but the living room had soace for us to sit when we weren't out on the back porch (where we spent most of pur time). The AC was wonderful. The loft area is not usable by adults (not tall enough if you want to stand up). The boat was very clean and a lovely marina view. We saw manatees a couple of mornings. Also,there is a Publix grocery store across the road, which was really convenient. One of the best features is that you can use a nice little beach club up the road-- really nice beach with chairs and a bit of shade as well as a pool and hot tub. Marathon was a great place to stay in the Keys-- close enough to go down to Key West a couple of days and up to Key Largo on another.

It was so peaceful and beautiful. Sitting on the back deck watching the sunset and just enjoying the tranquility of the evening and sharing it with friends. You can’t beat it. We’ll be back.

The location is great but our room was dangerous with a step up to the very tiny bathroom and a step up to the bed and at night it was dangerous.

Great little 1950s lodging! Great location. Chris and Ruthie (on-site managers) were great! Loved the tarpon swimming around the docks! Gorgeous sunsets!

The location was perfect. Sparkys restaurant at the hotel has amazing food. Breakfast has great selection each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was really nice. Lots of accessibility to stores, resturaunts, shops, and most of all, Beaches. Great food and nice locals. We really enjoyed eating at, Brutus Seafood and pizza at Driftwood. Awesome pizza.
