When we got there the staff at the desk was nice. Then we got to the room, which we got the suite do to us staying there for a dance competition. The room had a musky smell. And the carpet it the room with the king bed was so sticky. Pool towels are big enough for a toddler. And the breakfast buffet was awful. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Housekeeping services excellent. Front desk corteous,professional and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Slept like a baby, Comfortable beds. Peaceful environment and smells good and clean from the moment you enter lobby. This hotel is truly an excellent value. Will be my first choice when traveling from now on.

Me and my boyfriend came in town for the Katt Williams comedy show and we also wanted to enjoy our weekend as well. So we got a room with the whipool tub. The king room with the Whirlpool was a huge room very clean.
Customer service was excellent. We had no issues at all and everywhere we wanted to shop or eat was within walking distance too hot to walk, but everything was nearby that we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay. And the hotel was off back in a cut, which was even more better. We had a romantic weekend, wonderful stay.will be back.

Everything was fabulous except for that kitchen help. The front desk staff was awesome. but that kitchen help really need some serious customer service training, He was not customer service friendly at all, He didn't smile, didnt greet the guest when they entered the diner, and just was just plain rude. I mentioned abouut the coffee being cold and he responded "it must not be too cold cause it's empty" . Well it was the Decaf coffee which he didn't bother to ask which it was. I did address with the front desk staff they were very nice and apologized. I had other family members staying here as well and they expressed the same concern about him not being polite and being rude. Just another opportunity for some addtional training and much room for growth.
