It was quiet and right in downtown Heber so lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great price. Love having a fridge in the room. The staff were very helpful and very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was very spacious, facilities lovely (especially fireplaces!), great location close to the free sledding hill and restaurants/bars in the former Olympic Village. Staff was communicative and responsive when I had trouble with TV/fireplace and even tracked down and mailed my daughter's stuffed animal she left behind
Deer Valley Ski Resort is adjacent to this hotel. A shuttle bus is available around the Park City area and covered parking is offered. A fireplace is available in each lodge-inspired rooms.

We have stayed at the Chateaux many times before and it was flawless this time as it has been in the past
It is expensive, but everything goes like clockwork
from the front door it is across the road to Deer Valley resort , and other 50 m to the ski slopes
the hotel has a shuttle that drops you down to Park city about 10 min away where you can go shopping or out to other restaurants
they had an army of cleaners so room and hotel where always kept very clean , something that many
hotels now try and do a minimum of
Breakfast had excellent options , I am gluten free so had plenty of fresh fruit , gluten free cereal and bread
Staff are always friendly and long term , work well as a team and value you as a guest
Alex the assistant manager was always around and looking to help you in positive ways
The onsite Cena restaurant for dinner has Italian inspired food and is very good
excellent hot pools after skiing to relax in and chat with other guests
there is a ski shop on site ,and a christys ski shop across the road
We had a lovely week and zero issues

I am sure the house was fine, but If I owned the house, I would move from Red Awning as a manager. I will NEVER book with them again and will tell all the same. That will not help this property with clients

Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains.
Quaint small town at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. It has a Swiss Alps theme going on that is quite charming and fun. The town itself is pretty limited - one or few of just about everything, but not a lot of great options. However, Heber City is only 5-10 minutes away and has more options. Park City is under 30 minutes away, with tons of options for shopping, restaurants, etc. If you like golf, there are multiple very good and reasonably priced courses around. Lots of outdoors / "nature" things to do as well.

The Homestead Crater was right across from us and mini golf right next door. There were biking/hiking paths less an 1/2 mile away and the center of Midway right down the hill loaded with great restaurants, coffee shops, and gift shops.

Visited the Ice Castle, pretty place, but way too crowded even without Covid. We purchased tickets online and assumed that this was to control number of people during that time period, but they were selling tickets onsite. Took away some of the speacialness since there were so many people in the attraction at the same time.

A great bakery in Midway by the town square.
A great bakery in Midway by the town square. The outdoor ice skating rink was so much fun. The crater was a real hit for everyone. We wish the ice castle had been open - but we'll head back later for that treat. Horse-drawn sled and sledding were also highlights along with the Heber Creeper Polar Express!

The room was excellent however; we were traveling with two elderly people have difficulty with stairs. This resort has a lot of stairs to the suite and no elevators. The parking stalls are small. If you have a large vehicle it is difficult to park it.
The resort is stunningly beautiful - your perfect mountain retreat - and having the crater onsite to swim in is extremely spectacular and unique. The bed is honestly one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in.
Midway is a very gorgeous town to which the hotel is perfectly situated to explore.
Servers at the restaurant are fabulous. Food is great too (although a pretty limited menu).
Huge shout out to Isaac who helped return items left in the room to us with a lot of diligence and effort - highly appreciated.
The room was very large and had a nice view of mountains and the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, there was a large chair that was nice. The in room microwave and mini-frig is always a plus for me. The WiFi worked well. When I requested a shower mat (see below), they had a brand new one still in its packaging delivered in minutes. Overall, I was very happy with the room other than the bathroom. The on-site bakery is a nice touch. The grounds are nice, with lots of things to do or check out.
Staff were very friendly. Conversed with us and showed interest in what brought us to the area. Very informative of the amenities they offer. Great food at a very reasonable price. Great views. Cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Awesome bathroom. Room was nice and warm upon arrival - winter storm outside, so this was great to walk into. Great lighting. Fast wifi connectivity. Exceptional value.
The resort is situated in a beautiful location, easily found and convenient to Park City, just a 20m drive to ski. My friends and I ate a hearty breakfast in the room every day utilizing the clean and functional kitchen that had all the necessary appliances, serving ware, and cooking equipment. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and hot water was plenty hot and ample for skiers after a cold day.
The location was great!! The Homestead Crater was right across from us and mini golf right next door. There were biking/hiking paths less an 1/2 mile away and the center of Midway right down the hill loaded with great restaurants, coffee shops, and gift shops. Park City 20 mins away either side is great.
I loved the tub in the luxury suite, the bathroom was very nice. I loved the pool area and loved how we were the only ones in it! Not crowded. Very quiet and peaceful to take a night walk around the property. The private patio was nice to have. The ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful.
The location is beautiful and the apartment is incredibly nice. The beds are comfortable and the amenities really help this location feel like a temporary home. Also walking distance to some of the best sights and attractions Midway offers.
