No hot water...
No hot water... People drinking outside my room...wake up call every morning by the room yelling next door.. The good news is housekeepers made me feel special every day with utilizing my special blanket on the bed.......recommendation it is not the place to stay.JeanUnited States of America

Spacious, well-appointed suite that made us wish we’d spent more time there rather than at other places in the area. Two L2 charging stations for EVs that need to be activated by RFID cards kept at the front desk (just ask for the card when you are checking in). Breakfast was excellent. The facility is very near an entrance to the Mass Pike

One of the best sets of options for breakfast anywhere. location good too but that Speen St. "cloverleaf" is a Massachusetts engineering nightmare-or maybe a child drew it with a crayon, who knows. Great access to Natick Mall, Wegman's, Legal Seafoods, all. Housekeeping and staff very helpful-housekeeping responded to requests very quickly and staff had great tips.

They even have arcade games and Lego's in the lobby tables. I suggest you visit every floor. They also accept pets, which was very convenient.
