It was clean. The staff was very nice. Shout out to Joe, the night manager. He kept his cool while I ranted on about the parking and being put in the farthest room from the elevator, with an injured knee, losing power and now at 330 a.m. in the morning our room keys not working. He brought us new keys. He was extremely nice about it.

The location was very close to where we needed to be.
Beautiful area. Glad we stayed in Oro Valley. Seemed much quieter than Tucson proper. Loved driving up Mt Lemmon. Drove up one day at sunset and another in the afternoon to the top. Fantastic views. Make sure you also tour the Saguaro National forest. Lovely drive and hiking for those that can do hikes. Good shopping and restaurants around the area. Oro Valley is a place to go and relax.

Favorite spot was the El Conquistidor Resort.
Favorite spot was the El Conquistidor Resort. The views were awesome!
I ate at the Parish. The food and staff were great!
I was there for a short period of time and did not have personal transportation. I travel mostly by Lyft, but I feel that it would be easy to get around Oro Valley.
I would love to come back and take in the city more.
First of all, this hotel is easily 4 to 5 star. I don't know how Mesa claims five star for a hotel that smells like vomit. This hotel has marble showers, perfect water pressure and no faults that I can find. The breakfast is amazing. For the side of town this is in it might seem inadequate because it does not have golden soap. But for normal people, this hotel is excellent. I would stay here every single time I come to Oro valley. Absolutely great hotel.
Appearance, santa fe style, clean condo, size and clean pool, walking near/right there, games avail, movies, library, coffee avail in lobby, and staff very nice, Ross was very nice and helpful...even gave us extra towels even though that service was closed (went the extra mile) and polite and respectful. Oh also liked to see the mesh on the pool fence to keep our unwanted critters.
Perfect location for us to visit family. Condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with basics. We appreciated the complementary laundry, dish washing, and bath supplies. Property managers were good with communicating during check in and check out. Covered parking, nice patio, very safe area near shopping and dining. We would stay here again.
The house was clean and the kitchen was up to date with good appliances. Seating was comfortable and the wi-fi was excellent. The washer and dryer were large and easy to use. The location was close to the activities that brought us to Oro Valley.
Staff was friendly and the room was super clean when I arrived. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. It included eggs and sausage along with bagels and cold cereal. All and all it was a pleasant stay, and I would stay at this hotel again.
Patrick who works at the reception desk is friendly and does his best to accommodate your request, the rooms are clean, have every amenity you need, always a great place to stay.
The view of the mountain straight behind the hotel was beautiful!!! The mexican restaurant was great to walk to and back. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious.
