Place was dingy and very dated . We were put way far away from the front desk on the second floor. The room still had food crumbs on the floor. Very disappointed.

Clean and spacious hallways and lobby as well as breakfast area. We were given a different suite the second night and it was great. Everything worked and we enjoyed the short amount of time that was left.

The firepit in front. The Staff was amazing they where super helpful and kind and they went out of there way to try to accommodate . Staff were the only thing that where good about this stay and maid's did a great job prepping the room.

Breakfast good, a good selection. Coffee in lobby if you want it during the day. Breakfast staff kept up with filling food. They were very friendly. Front desk very nice accommodating. Easy access to highway, gas station, restaurants. Lighting in park lit good, felt safe. Extras to buy at front desk little mini store. Clean room , clean bed, comfortable , ice and laundry close to get at. . We stay here when we come visit. We really enjoyed our stay. People guests nice. Sufficient parking for everyone. Hotel was nice, no complaints about the rooms. Great location in downtown Rapid City - good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Does not have free breakfast like most hotels, however we hardly ever eat breakfast anyway :)
