Lost power not long after we arrived. It was out for several hrs. Couldn't use any facilities. When it came back on around 7:30 we went to get something to eat. Power went out again before we could even get a drink or order. So basically we paid for a bed for the night, with no facilities. Front desk staff next morning at checkout very unfriendly. They offered no compensation for a very inconvenient stay.

Did not eat breakfast there, but staff was very friendly and helpful. The price of the room was great, location was very close to restaurants, my family, the lake Champlain ferries, shopping. The room was large and spacious, very clean, luxurious bed and wonderful walk in shower, rotating tv and large bathroom area, and dining table with full kitchen.Love everything!!

I have to say, they had the most comfortable mattress our family has slept on in a very long time. Best nights sleep! In fact, we want to know the type of mattres they have so we can buy it for our home beds. Besides the great beds, the room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

We stayed on Saturday May 11th overnight and just for a double queen, it was $478. When I booked it online it was 329, not sure what happened. After asking locals they said it's Burlington. It just seems a lot for one night. No males were included.
The town of Richmond was delightful. We enjoyed the music and food at the Stone Corral. We loved the locals and the pizza at Papa McGee's. People were very helpful at the local market. The Richmond Victorian Bed and Breakfast was a perfect place to stay!
