A nice venue. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was empty at 8:40. I would like to see a tray or carrier of some sort to carry the food back to the room. The pet fee is too high and I will probably not repeat my stay there because of it. My dog causes less disorder than most humans. Nice location away from the busy area. Dog walking area was clean but it could be larger.

Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great, especially since most hotels only serve cereal and bagels and muffins, but they had that plus hot fresh food, which was a surprise, and we loved that.
