The location was okay.
The location was okay. Plenty of shopping and easy access to expressways. Be aware that you have to pay tolls and that's not an easy thing to do if you're just traveling through. We added an e-toll pass to our rental order but it cost $11.95 per day and we didn't use it nearly enough but we were certain to be sure we paid the tolls without having to go online and try to figure it out.JaneUnited States - 10Scored 10

I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. No tv guide so had to go thru channels one by one, wait thru commercials, try and figure out what was playing, go to next channel. Made tv virtually useless. Shower head was so low I had to use grab bar to lean way back and bend head backwards to wash hair. Very dangerous and left me with a backache. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bar. I forgot two nice blouses in closet. Front desk assured me housekeeping checked closets after departure and would put belongings in lost and found. They must not have checked and next guests stole my blouses. Very, very unpleasant experience. Front desk unhelpful.Frances - 4.0Scored 4.0

The staff was very unfriendly not a single smile from a single person. The amenities were practically nonexistent. There was hardly any lights on in the building. It was being renovated I think because there was hammering all day. I checked out two days early. The clerk never uttered a word the whole check in or out creepy!

In fact, on our second day we got locked out of our rooms as they disengaged the keys and it appeared that everyone working in the hotel was missing. It took about half hour for some man to arrive and handle the 6 or 7 visitors at the front desk. Never again. In fact, a refund is in order for both rooms. Shame on them. Not even the outlets worked. If there wasn't an outlet strip dangling near the desk, there would be no plug ins for charging a phone, etc.JaneUnited States

The staff were friendly and no one complained about my loud four year old running back and forth between our room and her teenage brothers room. The hotel is five minutes away from WoodField Mall which was great for my teenagers. There are also restaurants and gas stations nearby to meet all needs.
