We were in Miami for the carnival celebrations but often times found ourselves wanting to just relax in the house because is was so peaceful and relaxing the community was very clean and quiet and we had access to many stores and restaurants some in walking distance. It was an amazing stay and we look forward to traveling and staying within this residence again.

The grass is AstroTurf within the small yard, but the full property yard was real and was being professionally maintained. We never heard a neighbor within the building even though their booking site while we were there said they were full... so very quiet.

Out son was moving into the University of Miami so we were close enough to go back and forth to the school and also close to south beach. very accessible location

Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. One sofa bed is in the living room and my son said it is comfortable. The location is good for visiting Everglades National Park ( Miami Entrance).
