The location was perfect, near the main beach and Pier. Lots of local bars and restaurants with 2 breakfast spots that are very close. The staff was excellent, a special shout out to Rita and Pam. They both really made me feel welcome with friendly smiles when coming through the door.

Location was great and the room met our needs, first time staying in a motel and it did not disappoint. The family suit was great for four of us, it was just one night and so the kitchen wasn’t used. Room was clean, bathroom had everything. Stayed there during the ‘off season’ so wasn’t crowded at all.

I have celiac disease & they accommodated my meals with expertise without making a fuss. The food was delicious & they kept water bottles chilled for our use daily. We had great conversations & atmosphere was very homey & relaxed. They gad bicycles available for all guests & beach chairs, towels, sunscreen & coolers.

nothing!!!!! we never stayed at this location because it was not a very good room and was dated about 20 years ago. It was a one room location with everything in one room per say and had a odor

The island is ok; however, it was Memorial Day weekend and there were a lot of people there. I personally would not go to Tybee Island on the holidays. My favorite spot is The Crab Shack. We ate there several times during our stay. Again, I would not go to Tybee during the holidays due to the crowds.

The beach is awesome!!!!
The beach is awesome!!!! And free dolphin sightings were a major plus! The water is clear & clean, the sand is soft, & the town is very laid-back & quiet. Great place to relax & reset for the whole family. Food is better in Savannah though, FYI!

I loved the Monday afternoon farmers market.
I loved the Monday afternoon farmers market. We did not like our dog could not go on the beach. Fin's pizza is the best. It is easy to get around Tybee, but you do need to pay attention to the one way streets.

Tybee Island was once a fantastic getaway destination.
Tybee Island was once a fantastic getaway destination. However, in recent years, the influx of tourists, children, and partygoers has diminished its charm. With each visit, we notice a decline, and I hope measures can be taken to reverse this trend. On a positive note, Skampy's offers excellent food conveniently located near the beach.
While Tybee Island offers beautiful beaches, a lighthouse, and good dining options, there seems to be limited additional activities. It's ideal for a day trip, but may not provide enough entertainment for an extended stay.

Tybee is by far the most down to earth friendly people I have ever met. I never felt uneasy anywhere on the island nor did I ever see or hear of anything bad going on. The views are stunning. The food is delicious. You truly feel like a local when your there. My only complaint about the whole island in general was the parking fees, of course you can just walk or ride bikes. I may be bias because where I live there is non anywhere remotely close to me. But at one point we went to north beach which has a HUGE parking lot and there was like 3 cars including mine in it and to pay for parking for a 30 min walk before we drove home kind of sucked but I don't know how strict they are I never seen anyone check but I am a honest person so I paid my part. With all the things to do on Tybee and how wonderful of an experience it is something as simple as parking fees should not detour you in the slightest! I HIGHLY recommend giving Tybee a visit, and visit they lighthouse and museums while your there. You will thank me later :)
This little cottage was perfect for our stay. It was in the middle of everything, located on the bike route made it the perfect location. We rented bikes and were able to access the beaches easily from the cottage. Also, many parts of the beach were within walking distance. We enjoyed the screened in porch on this cottage and found the accommodations perfect. This cottage has Tybee Island charm. We are looking forward to our next visit to Tybee and will definitely stay here again. Mask Family
What isn’t represented us the large community parking lot in the back of the hotel. Not what I thought of as beachfront. At one point it was so loud we had to close the sliding doors. Paid way more to get this beachfront that wasn’t really beachfront. Room clean and bed comfortable-that was it. Will stay down the street for true beach front and cheaper!
Location was great, oceanfront access. We had two king suites located next to the hotel in a B&B. The rooms were connected which was great for family. The courtyard next to the rooms was private and shaded. One room had a bigger kitchen with a range top and counter seating. The other had a bigger living room with an efficiency kitchen.
This was our 1st visit to Tybee Island & we were pleasantly surprised! I really liked the property's proximity to the beach, the condo is also well-kept & spacious. The pool area is nicely maintained. It was also nice to have 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Towels & toiletries were sufficient. And parking was ideal.
Very close to North Beach. Maybe a ten minute walk. Also very close to the Lighthouse and Fort Screven. I will say that is about a 15 min walk max.
The bnb is located in a quiet neighborhood and is tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are great and Chris and Vessa ( the owners) are wonderful hosts.
Tybee island is beautiful!! But the facility was not on the ocean it was on a bay couldn’t set the ocean till you walk to it.
I was not aware of that till we got there,
TV / internet was terrible, TV was really bad, the facility was clean
Always a great stay at the Dunes, short walk to everything on the south end of Tybee Island, Joy is the best at the desk, remembers me everytime I visit, also Dunes Cat out back regularly greets guests, very friendly kitty made my day!
Everything was great! Super comfortable beds and soft bed sheets. Enough towels for everybody. It was really good we were able to use 2 beach chairs provided. Good A/C, all what you may need to cook and more!
Location was awesome. Parking was great. Ideally great and safe area able to walk to the beach easy. Food restaurants were in walking distance and so were the bars for a evening drinks.
The location was perfect. Noah at check in was amazing and so helpful. It was so close to the beach and all the restaurants. The room was very nice and the pool was so fun.
