I didn’t like the fact that when I booked the hotel my reservation cost was $146.10, but when i got there it costed me $170 . It’s a ripoff and i will never stay there again and never book through you . Bad , smells bad and not good experience. If you looking for stay look for better quality.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. I was charged 80 dollars more than what the booking site stated. The hotel explained there was a 50 dollar deposit that will be returned in a few days. But they could not explain why I had been charged the other 30.

Wildwood is surprisingly tidy. I did not expect a St. Louis suburb to be so pretty. There is a state park close with a paved walking trail. The route 66 nostalgia is a fun experience. Our son lives in Ellisville and the area is quiet and peaceful. The streets are well maintained and no empty shopping bags anywhere.

Like the location. It was quite and clean. Staff was not friendly, the bed was uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot. They gave us a disability room which we didn’t need, which would have been very tiny for a person in a wheelchair. The bath tub is great for someone needing a bench to sit on.

It was very clean and the town is awesome beautiful quiet place. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The pool area was a little disappointing but even with that I enjoyed my stay. Finding food was easy only a couple miles away if you get in late as we did only a couple miles away.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to the property because of an ice storm. I know the reservation was non refundable but we called booking.com and were told based on the circumstances they would ask the hotel for permission to go ahead and refund. It was a big fat no from the hotel. So they got over $200 for absolutely nothing. What you can do and the right way to treat people are two different things.

This little gem is located in downtown Wildwood Missouri, an upscale, outer ring St. Louis suburb. It is across the street from a sweet boutique shop and an art deco movie theater. And it’s right next-door to the Wildwood police station. The decor is traditional and lovely with rich fabrics, overstuffed chairs and sofas, and comfortable beds. The staff is oriented to make your stay pleasant.

I love everything about the wildwood it's beautiful, the staff is always amazing very friendly and always willing to help. I have rented the king suite with the spa tub rooms 3 times and have been impressed this time I got a room on the 4 the floor and loved the ceilings and the view!!!
