The breakfast buffet was really good the lounge and bar was also very nice very welcoming the gym was open 24/7 and they have a pool that is open on weekends as well and if your a smoker they have a patio for you to do so ! Loved the stay will be coming back

    The only problem it was the if you want to use the public transport it is expensive and the trains form the central station runs every hour. The good thing it is that the trains runs all night (At least at christmas)

    I love the city of Yonkers, despite my stay at Cozy Room by Empire by casino did not falter the way I feel about Yonkers. I love the Ramada in Yonkers and now The Royal Regency!!! Yonkers is a beautiful city.

    Staff very friendly-

    Staff very friendly- The curtains were torn in spots-needs upgrade of wallpaper, carpets, drapes- lamp shades also torn in places- Housekeeping didn't attend room until end of day when we had returned to room and then asked us to leave the room-Need better communication on that. Very attentive to cleanliness and covid protocols

    The Hyatt place provides comfortable rooms.

    The Hyatt place provides comfortable rooms. The location is great. There are lots of activities to do. The hotel space is family friendly, an excellent girls weekend getaway, morning breakfast. There is a movie theater close by. Lots of activities to be done. Empire City, Westchester County Center, Ridge Hill, Tibbett Brook and plenty of places for family dinning all within 25mins or less travel time.

    My family & I were there for a marriage Lectureship in Mt.

    My family & I were there for a marriage Lectureship in Mt. Vernon so location was essential as we didn't want to travel too far. Our location was close to the highway & Yonkers offered a large variety of food & shopping in general. The news media gives Yonkers a bad reputation, but to my pleasant surprise we had no problems & I would go back again.

    Please bear in mind my only reason for needing this hotel was to attend the viewing and the service for a family member. Front desk was straightforward in advising why early check in was not available (hotel had been sold out the night before) but arranged for my use of available facilities to change clothes before attending the wake. Also assured me I did not have to race back to hold the room as a had a late arrival already listed.

    We stayed here in May of 2023 to attend the Fordham University Graduation. The hotel is located within a shopping mall with a lot of very nice shop and restaurants within walking distance, which I loved. Weather was terrible which made enjoying the property difficult. You do need to park in the mall parking lot which I didn't like at first but being in a city, I guess we were lucky to have parking! Highly recommend

    The staff in all areas was friendly. The room was very clean and modern and it had all the safety alarms in place. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are amazing. Kudos for that! Having restaurants within walking distance was really good. Close to the highway. Very good Location. I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood.

    The Hotel Manager Mike was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions we had. Very friendly guy and did anything he could to make our stay more memorable. There are 2 gas stations and other stores across the road from the hotel which was great for last minute supplies.

    Everything went very well, the staff was very helpful and tha building was beyond clean and tha rooms and tha lobby are gorgeous I would definitely check into The Hampton Inn again and I have referred the hotel to friends and family. I liked everything about the hotel.
