We absolutely loved our corner room #316 The view was incredible. The location was great too. Breakfast was pretty decent too. The bed was comfortable as well.The attached bar next to the lobby was also loads of fun and the owner was very friendly.

The location is good in a quiet area of sa pa only 5-10 minutes away from all the restaurants. The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy, my girlfriend was feeling ill and he helped us with all our needs. This is a nice new hotel and I highly recommend you stay there and support the owner and his family.

If you're looking for budget friendly, clean and accessible accommodation in Sapa, this is it!!! I booked a room for 2 pax but was actually travelling solo. Still, they upgraded me to a bigger room that was good for 4 in my opinion. My friends arrived the following morning and they allowed me to take them in for a shower at no additional fee. Location is the best! It's just across Sun Plaza station — ideal if you're going to Fansipan. The plaza, church and market are walkable from here. I also like that ATMs, Spas, and convenience stores are just beside this place. I forgot the name of the male staff who helped me with my luggage all the way to and from the 4th floor. He's good in english too! He gave me tips on places to visit in Sapa and how to score good deals for transportation. If you're reading this — i was the one who gave you the dried mangoes! 😂 hello!
