Staff were really nice, and they FaceTimed daughter to make English translation easier. Room is basic. They let me use the bike to get to the duck stop (bit of a cycle away). Overall it was fine for an overnight stay in phong Nha.

Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. At first we were a bit worried as we got mixed feelings from the photos but we can assure you that the rooms are lovely, clean and very big (perfect for having room to unpack). The staff were nothing but helpful! On the last day my boyfriend got sick and the main woman let us stay longer in the room, brought us teas and fresh fruit for him. Such a great stay.

The room is nice, good shower, comfy bed, the location by the river is great. You are close enough to town but far enough from town that it's quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and helpful. We rented a motorbike through them and it was great.
