We liked the house, which is big, comfortable, well furnished, and has many interesting and sweet decorations. Beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The bathroom is very big and nice. It has many spaces for having a cup of tea and talk, and rest, and enjoy the view.. The railroad is very close, but it didn't bother us at all. At night we didn't hear any train and were sleeping nice. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend some time in nice nature, ride bikes and spend time with friends or family.

The place is stunning. New, warm, clean, and very comfortable, The view of the Elba and the green banks on th eothser side makes anyone to desire to stay there forever. We had a good box of chocolates and a sparking wine (very cheap one) waiting for us. However I had too many problem siwht the entire booking process.

There is something about Ferienhaus Gänseblümchen that made me immediately feel like at home. Already walking from the ferry (around 10 mins) gives the feeling of "slow life", passing by grazing sheep and geese. The house itself has everything needed for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, decently-sized bathroom, comfortable double bed, large TV with many channels, enough space to unpack. There is also a private parking space and fast wi-fi, which reaches into the garden, where you can use chairs, tables and a bbq. And the best part if the stunning view of the Königstein Fortress towering above the town across the river. Check-in is easy and flexible, with the key waiting for you in a lock box. Andrea, the owner, is a lovely person who cares about the well-being of her guests. There is a train station next to the ferry terminal on the other side, which allows for easy access to different trails and towns along the Elbe river. I 100% recommend Ferienhaus Gänseblümchen as a perfectly relaxed and quiet place to return to after an active day of hiking.
