After having stayed in historical hotels in northern Morocco for 14 days, it was nice to come to a modern hotel, where everything worked without a problem. I think the bed was the best one I have slept in, ever.
The staff in the reception was wonderfully pleasant, and answered all our questions gracefully.
We had a late bus ride to Faro, Portugal, at 21:30, and were able to leave our luggage in the reception area.
A charming hotel that is ideally located in the heart of the historic old town of Cadiz, which enraptures the traveller with its warm mix of Andalucian, colonial and classical styles.

Cádiz might be a small strip of land, but being the oldest inhabited city in Spain, it means that it’s covered with monuments from different ages and cultures. Beautiful sandy beaches kissed by crystalline waters are also part of its magic, while you won’t be able to forget that you’re in Andalusia, land of music and passion.
Founded by Phoenicians, it had Greek, Roman, Arab and Visigoth influence, and the Age of Discoveries reclaimed its fame as port city. It became a cosmopolitan centre of commerce, enriching a heritage still visible in its historic centre. Don’t miss its narrow streets, colourful squares, the Roman theatre, and the imposing and eclectic Cathedral. Some of the most unique hotels in Cádiz are located in the Old Town.
The newer districts include wide avenues and contemporary buildings. These are the areas of Cádiz with a larger offering of modern hotels on the beach and apartments for rent. Restaurants and cafés serving great local, Andalusian and Spanish specialities are also easy to find.
The railway stations of Estadio, Segunda Aguada, and Central link the city with the rest of the country, while the nearby Jerez Airport is 47 km away. If thinking of visiting southern Spain, check out the Cádiz accommodation deals on Booking.com!

Cadiz is lovely, first impression I thought it was a bit tired and run down but the more I saw the more I loved it. It really has everything, beautiful beaches, a fabulous old town, and lots of sights to see. Great cafe culture. Better for the more mature traveller which suited us fine. No music blasting out or nightclubs that I was aware of. Very authentic Spain. The city is vast but has a very good transport network.

just the right size for walking about with lovely scenery, loads of shops, cafes, bars etc just a pain to get to from Seville - do thorough research on exactly how you are getting from A to B and when - you can't just turn up and get on a train they get full and 'sold out' and are not that frequent.

This is a wonderful place; we never ventured outside of the old town - why would you. Yes there are tourist traps a plenty for the cruise ships etc but with a little thought one can easily find very authentic traditional places to eat and drink with wonderful friendly staff.
The Roman theatre is a MUST see.

Cadiz is a wonderful historic city.
Cadiz is a wonderful historic city. Great bars restaurants with lovely atmosphere.
Lovely beaches. Great walks and parks.
A great place to have a break.
Wonderful squares. Find cafe Royal. Located in a lovely square and restaurant next door for a special evening.
We LOVED our stay here. Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, but it was so peaceful and calming as well. The rooms are great, so comfortable and spacious. It feels like the hotel really anticipated our every need as guests. The breakfast was SO good as well.
There was a parkade close by that charged 10 euros per day which is the cheapest we’ve found so far traveling through Andalucía. The staff at the hotel were all very kind and helpful. I would come back to Cadiz just to stay at this hotel again, would highly recommend.
The pension is well designed and very colorful. As well as close to many restaurantes, 10-15 minutes away from the Catedral, Mercado, mucho plazas, and coast water as well as walking distance to La estacion de tren y,
convenient for visit to Jerez. But most of all was the extraordinaire manager/clerk Pedro: kind, knowledgeable, speaks 5 languages, loves people and loves Cadiz. It showed. He made my stay mucho excellente!! I worked in hotels and have traveled the world and Pedro is in a class all his own.
Everything about this Hotel is exceptional!!It was so nice to be greated by the most charming young woman when we arrived! She shared all the information about this wonderful property plus gave us a suggestion for dinner (which was delicious)! The Hotel is absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest we have stayed in!!
We learned that the owner will be renovating the building next door and also turning it into a Hotel. We can't wait to return to Cadiz to stay at this enchanting property again!!
Lovely hotel set in a 'casa señorial', homely and welcoming. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The whole place was clean and well kept. The bedroom was big with a spacious bathroom. In the central patio and in the solarium were a number of plants which made it seem that the windows opened on to a garden. There is a roof terrace where one can get a panoramic view of Cadiz. There is a roof terrace bar. In my opinion, one of the best places I've stayed in, in Cadiz.
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for sightseeing and enjoying the city. The staff was excellent, Mari was welcoming and had great recommendations. Everything in the apartment was perfect for our stay, very clean and well appointed. Great value, great location for sightseeing and places to eat right outside the door.We will definitely be back to Cadiz and look forward to staying here again. We highly recommend it, and wish we'd stayed longer!!!
The location is excellent, right on Plaza Mina in the Old Town of Cadiz. The suite we had was comfortable and large enough for us to be very comfortable throughout our stay. We were even able to cook in our kitchenette. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was beautiful, even in the courtyard and terrace. It's a great place to stay in Cadiz and I recommend it for anyone who wants a comfortable, beautiful, and well-located flat.
The location was great. Walked to the central market for lunch, it was buzzing. At night there was lots of display lights of different configurations throughout the city. The port was closeby with 2 cruise ships berthed. The beach was walking distance also. Our bicycles we stored in the bar area. A great cyclist hotel. The bus trip from Ronda to Cadiz was scenic, too steep to ride
What a gem in Old Town Cadiz. Its beautiful inside and out. The roof terrace has 360 views of the city. Nidia was there to greet us with a great big smile. She was so helpful. The bikes available to guests are superb. The views over the square so pretty. The location is smack bang amongst some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. We can’t wait to return.
Perfectly appointed and well located apartment. Bathrooms were the best part: super new and clean, shower was amazing with shower doors keeping all the water inside the shower and not onto the floor, just like in a luxury hotel. Beds were perfect too.
I will for sure book again if I return to Cádiz.
Everything was amazing, the staff, location, the bedroom was super cool with very tasteful decor and very high tech! We loved the pool with stunning views of the cathedral. Simply the best hotel and we hope to be back soon… Cádiz is special!!!
Perfect place to stay in Cadiz: great location (old town, just next to literally everything, including Mercado Central), super nice comfortable rooms and very helpful stuff at the deck.
Strongly recommend this hotel for all the travelers.
The hotel is beautiful, the central location is perfect and our room was very spacious. The staff are fantastic and gave us great advice for the best restaurants to eat at which really made our trip to Cádiz perfect.
Great location in the old part of the city, everything within walking distance. Next door to possibly Cadiz’s best tapas bar. Parking in the hotel garage. A bit difficult to find hotel but well worth the effort.
The Hotel was ideally situated for exploring the old town of Cadiz, restaurants and cafe bars.
The decor of the hotel was lovely staff very obliging especially the gentleman who looked after the breakfast room.
The hotel is located in a very good spot: close to the train station and the city centre.
The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and clean, the bed very comfortable.
beautiful hotel, great location close to the beach and the old town, very nice rooms with everything you want , large balconies, beautiful views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Wonderful location really nice clean and modern hotel in the old town of Cadiz 10/15 walk to Caleta beach or any part of town, bars and restaurants etc right nearby. AC :)
