Bathroom was huge, many towels. Beds were all comfortable with lots of bedding. Kitchen had eveything you needed. The board games were a really big hit with our kids.

The front desk staff was super helpful. I am a very broken Italian speaker and they were able to secure a taxi for me in Mezzano and accommodated my early check in as I transferred from a different hotel. Food was delicious, staff was super helpful.
