From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

Absolutely a delightful experience staying at the York Luxury Suites Hotel. I spent four days at the place - remote work plus vacation and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff is super nice and makes sure to attend to your ask. The guest experience manager is a sweetheart. The hotel seems to be run by passionate hoteliers who take pride in offering an out of box experience and quality to their patrons. I had a memorable time and I will definitely be back. The restaurant in the hotel is just another level of experience. Open and covered patio style surrounded with exotic plants. The food is so tasty. The presentation is beyond expectation really. Breakfast was my favorite of all as it offered a variety of Colombian tropical fruits. The hotel’s modern architecture is so tastefully done. The lobby lounge is amazing and very cozy if you wanna spend time chilling or working on your laptop. As for Medellin, what a hidden gem. Three words- Magical, Majestical , and Tropical. The modern designs and architecture in the city will blow your mind.

The Four Points Sheraton Medellin is located in the heart of the Poblado commercial and financial district, downtown Medellin. The hotel is spacious, the location is perfect, a lot of shopping center, a lot of different places to see, the room and they are spacious, clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, perfectly clean, the place is very safe, the staff is excellent, I felt that they treated me like family and In my first time I went and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Medellín

Located in El Poblado, this hotel is 3 km from Medellin’s Olaya Herrera Airport. It has a terrace as well as self-catering accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.
