A parkplace in the inner courtyard was very practical and the flat is located on the ground by the parkplace.

Very friendly and helpful staff that goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The single room has the perfect size for a single traveler. Everything was clean and well maintained and despite being on a major street it was quiet. Great working and fast WiFi.
