The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We had a daily room cleaning. Hotel is located in the very center of Bordeaux, in the nicest area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The Best Western Premier Bayonne Etche-Ona is located in the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux and made up of two 18th-century houses, the Bayonne and the Etche-Ona. Everything was excellent. The hotel is super comfortable and cozy. The location is central. The beds and pillows are so good. And we would like to thank the stuff of the hotel- Delphine, Chloe, Florian and the fourth receptionist, we can't remember his name. They were so attentive to all our requests and solved all our problems at once.
