El Major Hotel está bien situado, cerca del aeropuerto de Balice y de la E77 y a sólo 4 km del casco antiguo de Cracovia. Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.
