Situato in zona centrale, nei dintorni di vari punti ristoro e negozi, l’Hyatt Herald Square New York offre un bar stagionale all’ultimo piano con vista sul’Empire State Building. L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima, vicino all'Empire e a 10 minuti a piedi da Times Square. La camera era spaziosa e veniva pulita ogni giorno; inoltre, ogni giorno ci lasciavano due bottiglie d'acqua. Dal terrazzo, accessibile liberamente anche con cibo preso fuori, c'è una vista bellissima sulla città. La mattina era possibile prendere liberamente il caffè americano nella hall. Una settimana a New York e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Intorno all'hotel ci sono diverse metro per raggiungere i vari punti della città.

Questo hotel vi accoglie a Manhattan, a soli 4 minuti a piedi dal famoso Empire State Building. Nelle camere troverete arredi in stile classico, WiFi e TV a schermo piatto. A great hotel at a great location, right next to Fifth Av. and 2 minutes to a subway station. The room was comfortable, with two large beds (a tip: turn the heater fan to low to avoid noise). The staff was very helpful, from the janitor who helped us figure out how the shower is turned on (totally different from European ones) to the staff downstairs, who were there for us for everything: figuring out the technical laptop problem, printing, ordering transfer to JFK (btw, if you need the transfer to the airport, turn to the elderly guy who is always down there and you get a big black luxurious SUV for the price of a cab). And the value for money for a Manhattan hotel - more than great! P.S. Try the Basque Burnt Cheesecake in the hotel's Grace Street Cafe - delicious!
