From the design to the people working there, all 10 out of 10 - nothing to complain. The room was spacious which is a big plus for NYC hotels, also the bathroom was specious and the shower was just ideal. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and extremely nice, room service was fast and the food on point.

We were looking for a quiet location that is reasonably priced and relatively close to all attractions. The host was very kind and welcoming and he was available for all the information we needed. We had a 5-minute walk to the metro station, from where we could move in all directions, especially towards Downtown of New York. The apartment is big enough for 6 people, 5 of whom are women :) The interior is super interesting. We definitely recommend.
