It was the most comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Hudson yards. Best coffee right in the hotel and a really cool bar on the 4th floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a room with an alcove and it was just pure bliss.

Incredible service, check in staff couldn't be more happy and helpful. Felt COVID safe, fantastic location and beautiful facilities, view and rooms. Couldn't of ask for a better stay. Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, CIVILIAN Hotel is situated in the centre of New York, 800 metres from Radio City Music Hall. We loved absolutely everything about CIVILIAN and the staff made our stay super exceptional - we are so so grateful. 🌟 The rooms are small but cozy and beautifully designed with some great views over the city. The location is perfect with the hotel being surrounded by theaters and a short run from the Central Park which was something we were looking for. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the hotel - the coctail bars and jazz nights as well as the rooftop bar, all was magical. We also decided to have dinner at the restaurant one of the nights and it was lovely. We cannot wait to be back in NYC and for sure will choose CIVILIAN again. Big shout out to the CIVILIAN crew again who make the whole experience even more special. 10/10! ✨
