We had a great stay! We were in the area for an event and Costa’s house was just a few km from the venue. It felt like we were staying with a friend! On the second day, we went to Smart Park which was a giant shopping area just ten minutes away. We had a rental car so didn’t have any issues traveling to his place. However, our GPS did try to send us down some non existent roads. There was a washing machine provided as well which was great to get caught up on laundry. The room was well appointed and we had everything we needed.

Lots of room to spread out & the 2 bathrooms came in handy when traveling with a family of 4. We also had a covered shelter for the car.

The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, the host was gracious and welcoming and we had the whole apartment to our selfs at a very reasonable price.

Very clean apartment in all the areas. The breakfast was very generous with eggs, fresh fruits and juices, selection of coffees etc. The hosts were very warm and and helpful with information about the area and they arranged my transfers. Recommended 100 %

Emilia and Dimitri were the friendliest and most generous hosts I have ever stayed with. We sat in front of the fire together and spent time talking and laughing. Dimitri collected me from the airport which was well organised beforehand via phone call so communication with lepa Kuca is excellent. Emilia made me food when I arrived which was a gorgeous surprise as was the breakfast and greek coffee in the morning which was generously offered. I had a gorgeous experience here and really enjoyed the electric blanket too.

El trato del personal fue estupendo en todos los sentidos. Llegamos tarde y estuvieron atentos a nosotros, nos esperaron con snacks y bebida fresca para coger el vuelo con la barriga llena. Ha sido estupendo y, sin ninguna duda, volvería a repetir!

The location is close enough to the Athens Airport and acces to the subway for Athens Downtown. The room has direct opening to a large terrace with a beautiful panoramic view.Our hosts were extremely nice and friendly....even served us dinner cooked from their own groceries since we hadn't stopped to buy anything on the way from the airport (we had a rental car,it was dark and we were a bit stressed out in traffic).We had a pleasant chat with them on the dinning and living room where there was a real wood,welcoming fireplace.The bed had warming,adjustable electric "blankets" under the bed linen on top of the matresses which were a bonus during November nights,although I personally only used it only for a bit before sleep time.We had a cat with us and she seemed to enjoyed the stay there ,too.We highly recommend the accomodation at "Ideal Forest Room ".It's a 10 out of 10,definitely.
