Moses Kasoe
Our foundation is rooted in a profound admiration for the rich and enduring Maasai culture, a living testament to centuries of tradition and wisdom. Our purpose is to illuminate the beauty and resilience of the Maasai way of life, sharing it with the world while ensuring its preservation for generations to come. Through our carefully crafted experiences, we invite you to immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of Maasai culture. From walking alongside Maasai guides who offer intimate insights into their customs, to participating in traditional ceremonies that echo through the ages, every moment with us is an opportunity to connect with the heart and soul of this extraordinary community. As stewards of this cultural heritage, we are deeply committed to promoting sustainable practices that empower the Maasai people and protect our ancestral lands. Join us on a journey of discovery, respect, and celebration as we embark together into the world of the Maa people.
Moses is an indispensable pillar of the community, embodying the essence of Maasai traditions and values. Being a Maasai warrior, a chief, and a former teacher, he gracefully and resiliently fulfils numerous responsibilities. He plays a pivotal role in sustaining his family and safeguarding the collective welfare of the community. With deep-rooted connections to the land and culture, his wisdom and leadership provide invaluable insights into Maasai life. We extend our warm hospitality, inviting guests to become a part of this unique cultural tapestry, offering a genuine and immersive experience of Maasai life and traditions.
Our home is situated inside the Nashulai Maasai Conservancy. The first conservancy that is privately owned by the Maasai Community. We are surrounded by mountain views and the great savanna. We have resident zebras onsite who graze with our cows! It is perfectly safe and secure, and there will always be someone on site.
