The Gast House Zell am See is located in Zell am See, 5.1 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course and 49 km from Bad Gastein Railway Station. Everything!! Layout of bedroom very efficient! Also nice to have the toilet separate. Bath and separate shower in bathroom. Kitchen equipment to cook your own meals very well thought through, everything is there! 24h coffee station in lobby very nice add on. Use of heated pool and saunas included in your stay. Breakfast was superb!! Very friendly staff en good communication before arrival, could arrange birthday cake for my daughter and the decorated the table with baloons and banner for breakfast, was really special, thank you! Me and my family will definitely be back!

Surrounded by a well-groomed garden, this family-run boutique hotel is 200 metres away from Kaprun's gondola station. It features free public WiFi. Everything was great, the host Mikael was wonderful, breakfast was perfect, clean rooms with view on Kitzsteinhorn, parking on site, room for skiing boots and all equipment, just wonderful. We would like to come back here again.

Lederer’s living on Kaprunin keskustassa sijaitseva moderni design-hotelli. Beautiful, modern hotel, located in the very center of Kaprun. Its location is perfect for activities in and outside Kaprun, such as the Maisi Flitzer alpine coaster, Tauern Spa, Kaprun Dam, Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund-Thun-Klamm and Klammsee. The hotel is easily accessible, parking is available, restaurants and coffee places around as well as sport and outdoor stores. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. We were offered the Zell Am See card for the entire stay as well as separate daily entrance card to the Tauern spa. Our room was equipped with all the necessaries, faced the river with a beautiful view. Room and the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful with much variety to choose from. A high standard hotel we'll definitely look forward returning to.
