Located in Port Huon, 28 miles from Kingborough Sports Centre, Kermandie Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Wow. First of all it wasn’t the plan to book this property because it was far from where we were. Anyway, after discussion with the owner we decided to come and it was the best bet. Really good place, cozy and the scenery is really nice around the fire to get warmer Good rooms and kitchen, we had an awesome dinner.

The Bears Went Over The Mountain offers boutique hotel accommodations in Geeveston's town center. Each room includes a TV and a private private bathroom. We loved the antique, yet comfy bed, the large bath tub, the wood fire & the delicious breakfast that the lovely owner made for us. She also provided informative information on the platypus who live in the local creek. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait for Mr Platypus, so I bought a post card of a platypus photo! Well done to the owner of Bears Went over the Mountain! We were in room 2 on 26.11.22.

Amazing and understanding hosts, we were able to check in early due to a family emergency. The place we stayed in was clean, presentable and had a sea view. The beds and pillows were great and facilities were easily accessible.

Next to the national park’s visitor centre. Pademelon and platypus (although we didn’t see the latter) in the backyard. Accommodation is spacious and clean and comfortable.
