Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Breakfast was excellent, with a different meal. Pools was very useful and very hot. Water Temperature was 36°C, and polls was very clean. We have plan to be in hotel for the next year.

Rooms are very spacious and the personnel are always happy to help. The pool is not very big, but sufficient. There is a nice small zoo which is part of the complex, and our small daughter enjoyed it a lot.
