It was an excellent Hotel. just amazing food, amazing breakfast !!! Very good quality of the food, like the most expensive restaurants. Staff very professional, and low prices for extra, like drinks etc.., with excellent quality of cocktails. Swimming pools of excellent quality and temperature. Rooms, just very comfortable and you had the feeling of well being.

Located on the Beachfront in Balchik, 1 km from Botanic Garden Balchik, Maria Palace Complex has free WiFi. All units offer sea view and a balcony. Room: big, spacious, clean, with a sea view, big balcony. Breakfast: very good, large variety of food, each day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large selection of coffees from the coffee machine. Localisation: quiet area, no cars from the seaside. Beach: small but there were no problem to find sunbeds and umbrella. Discount from the hotel for meals and drinks in 3 very good restarurants. Wifi: very good. Very good stay in the hotel. I recommend.

We are a family with 2 young kids. The hotel location is perfect, next to the beach. And the room is new and clean. Staff are very friendly. Huge variety for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar service is good. The entertainment program was wonderful, great job to the entertainment team! It was a pleasant 6 days 5 nights stay in the hotel! Highly recommended to those who love beach and hassle-free vacation! 👍

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the manager (Danny) and the restaurant staff. Thankfully they spoke some English! The hotel is situated on a pedestrianised, tree-lined street, which was surprisingly quiet during our stay (14-19 June '23). The restaurant terrace overlooks tall green trees, with lots of birdsong, giving it a rural feel. We enjoyed the tranquillity of this hotel's location, though some may find the small town of Kavarna just too quiet and uneventful. For those seeking sea and sand, it's 5-minute drive from the local beaches, a good 25 minutes' walk (and uphill coming back). We took a taxi to Cape Kaliakra, definitely worth a visit (make sure you use sun screen and take a hat, as there's very little shade and it's quite windy). Kaliakra is too far to walk from Kavarna, especially as it's along a main road without pavements. Back to the hotel. Our room was spacious, light and comfortable. The beds were OK, though a little softer than we like. The hotel and restaurant were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated/furnished. We had several evening meals in the restaurant, as the food is good and fairly priced. Breakfast (included in our package) was tasty and filling - brilliant omelettes! Also, the home-made carrot cake is superb.

It is a great place with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities for a fulfilling relaxation. You get an indoor heated pool and two outdoor pools. There is a brand new spa zone and also a game room. The beach is just across the street and the food is also good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
