Assisted with all requests: to make a payment and receive delivery, dealt with dry cleaning, and assisted with room upgrade. I travel often in different parts of the world, and I appreciate helpful reception staff. *The rooms are spotless clean and mattresses are very comfortable. There is an espresso machine in the room. The bathrobe can be taken to the neighboring SPA centre. *The outdoor area is beautiful, the garden is well maintained, variety of sitting areas in the garden, and a large pool. *Within the property is situated the restaurant of a famous chef-Andre Tokev, which a huge selling point to the property, and a must try by visitors. *The biggest SPA centre in Varna area is right next door, perfect for spa holidays. *The bartenders at the lobby bar are very attentive and friendly. Overall, we had a great long weekend at the hotel, and I hope to have a chance to go back there for a longer holiday.
