The weather was amazing when we arrived and the whole location looked even better than in the pictures. We did not realise at the time of booking there was a massive play area for kids and that was a nice surprise too. The breakfast has a massive choice of amazing dishes and eating on the mezzanine with a view of the ocean was a real treat. Just like having a drink or eating on the side of the many pools in the middle of palm trees and the two great bands who played Live in the middle of the week on two separate nights. Everything about this Hotel was amazing, if it's your budget you won't be disappointed.

If you are thinking about taking a break and relax in a good weather, you should go to Caruaru. A beautiful city in Agreste of Pernambuco. Big enough to have fun and small enough to make you relax. Do not forget to visit " A Feira de Caruaru " where you can find everything in the world. The best area to visit is the arts and craft one. Beautiful hand made stuff with a huge variety to choose from! There is also Polo de Compras de Caruraru where you can find clothing for a fair price. Petrolina is a safe, clean and calm small city by the Rio San Francisco in the far interior of the state of Pernambuco. It has bars, restaurants, a very nice municipal park and several interesting visits for tourists who want to know about the Brazilian culture of the sertão or desertic northeastern region. The Bodódromo is a group of restaurants dedicated to the "bode" or goat meat, the signature food of the region. Oficina do Mestre Quincá is a wood artisanry shop with lots of interesting pieces. There are also several Wineries that offer guided visits for groups and some include boat trips through Rio São Francisco (weekends only) which is the source of life and economic development for the region. There are travel agencies that offer packages. Finally, Petrolina is a good start point to visit and hike through the Serra da Capivara park, a gorgeous site with ten thousand old petroglyphs and pregistoric views.
