Location is excellent - in the middle of everything, 100m from 2 of the 3 chairlifts of the ski area, therefore truly ski-in/ ski-out. Spacious and comfortable room, with a big bathroom with floor heating. Great home cooked food for both dinner and breakfast, and dinner was very good value for money. Last but not least, warm, careful and attentive service by the hosts and their team. Would return anytime.... Thank you :)!

Located in the Old Town of Brig, Hotel Stockalperhof features a restaurant with a bar and a garden terrace. Brig Train Station is 500 metres away. Very good located in the old town of the city. The staff, both the ones in the hotel and the ones in the restaurant were all outstandingly hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was good, not a lot of variety but had everything you'd expect.

Excellent location , opposite station and a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town. Good sized room with a table and chairs and kettle so ideal if you fancy eating in your room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Welcoming to my dog. Breakfast was good quality and a decent selection. ( you can have breakfast on the terrace if you are with a dog). I only stayed one night to break up a journey to italy but would like to come back and stay for longer.

From € 139 per night- It was a large apartment: bedroom, shower room, kitchen/diner and living room. - Great shower. - Lots of food available to buy at supermarket prices, this saved us driving to buy food. - Lots of kitchen facilities and equipment. - Great TV and cable - with UK BBC, ITV channels etc. - Lovely view from the little terrace 30 seconds walk away. - 10 minute drive to Blatten and access to the mountains via the cable car to Belalp. - Markus and Priska were very helpful when we had to postpone our stay due to Covid.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were helped with the transfer of our luggage from the station and also could borrow snow shoes for outside free of charge. The view of the alps is absolutely breathtaking - it really is a winter paradise but not crowded at all so felt very relaxing and plenty of things to do (especially for those who ski). I highly recommend hotel belalp to anyone wanting to stay in top of a mountain.

Location: Great. Very close to the train station but also very quite. You do not hear the trains at all. Room: The room was clean and of a good size with everything that you might need. Modernish. Bed: The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. Breakfast & Wifi: Also good Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again

The breakfast was stunning. Made to order omelettes, fresh juices, fresh meats and local products. I am generally a solo woman traveler, aged 45. This time to Europe, I brought my husband and three children. On a whim from a previous pit stop on the Glacier Express I booked a one night stay in Brig, at the Hotel De Londres. From booking to check-in, to the arranging of tickets to Brigerbad, Monika was amazing. Switzerland makes America look like a joke- which is why on my fourth visit to Switzerland in the last four years I wanted my family to see it's amazing people (like Monika and staff), scenery, hotel opportunities (like De Londres), and overall goal of life to be self-fulfilled by simply........breathing the air around. Although we visited Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Milan and Venice besides Brig, guess where the rest of my family wanted to stay just a few more nights than ANYWHERE else- Hotel De Londres in Brig. Bravo! Almost everything. The staff, bed, veranda, scenic view.. Best of all, the spontaneous support of my friend from the hotel in giving us a lift to catch a train to Interlaken with his own car once the public transport was not available in the time required and that to on a holiday! Love & Respect!
