Location is right below the Eiger and a bit out of town in the countryside (1.5 miles). Perfect from my point of view. Great place to relax and enjoy the Swiss Alps.

The hotel itself was quaint with lovely touches everywhere - clocks, a carousel horse, wood-carved bears in honor of Interlaken being in the canton of Bern, flags from the countries of the guests, flower boxes in the windows, and staff that is kind and very helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing even when it was raining. Good food and service. Parking is nearby even if it is public parking. Bus tickets included. Bergbahnen tickets included. Our room was clean and had amazing views. A lot of things to do. A lot of hikes and trotibike trails. Situated in the center of the village, there is always something going on.
