The owner of the place is a nice, kind woman. The room was very clean and there was also a balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Don't miss this hotel!

Overlooking the surrounding mountains, Ai piee offers quiet rooms and a restaurant in the scenic Verzasca Valley. A river runs by the house which you can swim in. Everything was wonderful! From Davide and the staff who took great care of us, to the very clean and comfortable rooms, and finally to the great location in the middle of the Sonogno-Lavertezzo trail which was for great for us, as the weather was a bit unpredictable and it allowed us to adapt faster to the changing conditions. Thank you for the great (although too short) stay!

Located in the Verzasca Valley 9.3 mi from Locarno, the Al Lago overlooks Lake Vogorno. It features a traditional restaurant and offers free Wi-Fi. My room and bathroom was comfortable and had everything I need after day long excurcions, Location is really very good if you plane to explore Vale Verzasca. It is at the shore of Verzasca lake. It is beside the main (only) road of Versasca Valley but at night there is almost no traffic. at all. I am a very light sleeper and I always have earplugs with me but I did not use them. Day time it can be noisy but I went to Versasca Valley to hike not to sit in the hotel. I ate dinner in the hotel twice and liked both meals. Hotel al Lago is a great value for its price.

Offering a restaurant serving Ticino cuisine, Posse is located in Lavertezzo, directly at a river where guests can swim and dove during summer. Location was extremely good. Room was comfortable with necessary facilities and it was clean. Breakfast was very good and as per our expectation. Hotel staff was very corporative. We lost track of our hotel due to missed train from Grindelwald. We reached very late at night in nearby station. Public transport was not available and took taxi. Due to miss-communication, driver dropped us in middle of night and we were stranded. Lost tracked and tired. We called hotel owner and she was very gracious. She came 12:30 am in night with her little baby and picked us up. it was a great help at that time. Really thankful for that!

Excellent facilities, including hot tub and e-bike hire. Lovely food in the restaurant next door. Welcoming host, very helpful. Beautiful location, peaceful with stunning views! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the studio and the attention to detail. Nicola and Primo created a true gem. We are planning to return to Sonogno and for us it is clear: our next stay will be at Casa 21.
