The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach. Thank you so much! We will be back definitely!

We were greeted warmly by Silvia, the young hostess who speaks perfect English - as well as German, French & Romansh. Our room had a superb view of the mountains. It was quiet and clean. Our tandem bicycle was accommodated in a easily accessed bike garage. Excellent breakfast, important for hungry cyclists. Good value for Switzerland.

This hotel is set at the foot of Mount Baselgia, close to Zernez’s Reformed Church. It offers tennis courts and a wellness area. Zernez Train Station is 0.6 mi away. We stayed at the new part of the building and the room was perfect. Modern alpine style with lots of wood, great lighting, noise insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, lots of sockets all done to a very high standard.

Exceptional place for those who want to visit the National Park. You also feel very comfortable with staff that are very nice and listen. The modern rooms are large enough and well equipped. Bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel and will bring you to the National Park. Finally the restaurant offers a large variety of food of excellent quality. I strongly recommend.

Set in the Engadin Region, in the village of Susch, Garni Fluela Susch is a starting point for excursions to the National Park and for motorbike tours to the surrounding mountain passes. Very old fashioned and simple and functioning well. The host is very helpful. It seems they wanted to close the hotel and put price tags on many things which also feel like a very interesting thing to me.
