Everything follows this idea as I understand it, the musical shows, the architecture, the dishes. Ideal for those looking for a good hotel and a different experience at the same time. The human quality of the hotel staff is totally remarkable, Daher and Omar are remarkable, the receptionists on the morning shift are always in an enviable mood and the hotel manager is always attentive to everything, to also highlight the Spa services within the hotel itself.

My mother has fled the war in Sudan with a bus , when she arrived to Aswan everyone was very helpful We booked this hotel for her to rest from the tiredness that she felt then continue the journey to Cairo She felt very welcomed and she said that the staff was very friendly and nice and supported her on her stay there. They even suggested to book her train tickets to Cairo. And they made sure that she arrived safely to Cairo :) Thank you so much ( and sorry for the misunderstanding that happened) . please ask for Sarah the manager every time you go there , she is very nice and helpful.
