The check in was made so easy, Ali Mohamed at the front desk was amazing he was so helpful and friendly. The service is amazing, food just wonderful. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are constantly checking if you are ok or need anything but not in an obtrusive way. The room is lovely, we looked out the window when we first got in and there were the pyramids. The hotel is definitely 5 star.
