We’ve never stayed before in any similar property and we loved the experience. They have only couple of rooms inside of the Bird center and museum. The view from the dining room was super relaxing and quiet. You also get a free museum ticket.

This rural hotel is located in the quiet village of Morga, a municipality partly included in the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Our host, Miriam, was exceptional. Great information on the area with wonderful recommendations. On our day of departure, a Monday, the restaurants in town were closed. She went and made us coffee and breakfast.

Very convenient for travelers: bus to Bilbao right in front of the hotel; hotel has its own restaurant + local cafes cross the road, supermarket next door Our room is not big but functional & spotless, bed is very comfortable, bath towels are of high quality. Luruna Palacio has its own secured car park which is not always the case in Spain. Above all, the staff of this hotel are exceptional. Our big thanks to the lovely Itsasu. This hotel is located in the Basque town of Guernica. It has a 24-hour reception desk, a business centre and free onsite parking. Free WiFi is available throughout. The clearness was incredible, the staff kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel

Situated in Arrieta, 26 km from Funicular de Artxanda, Hotel Txoriene - Arrieta - HBI01298 features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The location is great in the Basque countryside and only a 30 min drive to the beach (Urdaibai). Quiet, friendly staff, easy to get to by car, nice facilities, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful surroundings. We had to leave early in the morning and we not able to eat the breakfast provided but we so wish we would have been able to!
