They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, and their genuine friendliness and welcoming nature made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant is a culinary delight! I had the pleasure of trying their breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings, and each meal was a feast for the senses. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. For lunch and dinner, I highly recommend booking in advance, as this spot is a magnet for both locals and tourists alike. The bustling atmosphere in the restaurant added to the overall experience, and I could see why it gets busy.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the center of the city and most of the sights are within walking distance. From the terrace you can see the "Museu Nacional de Ceràmica" and yet it was very quiet in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - I asked for some restaurant recommendations and was given a list of great restaurants. The rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast was also very good and offered a large selection. What I also really liked was that they had gluten-free products!
