This is the best hotel I stayed at in France so far. I arrived almost at midnight, and they gave me clear directions on how to get to the premises. The check-in process was smooth; the room card was there waiting for me, no hassle or unnecessary questions. My first impression of the room was that it was clean, tidy, and smelled nice. They also put a Nespresso machine in the room, not to mention all the amenities and candies! The room size is much more spacious than I expected, at least above average. The shower and the toilet were well-functioning; the towels were soft and crisp. The breakfast offered many varieties of cheese, breads, and many more! They even offer an option to have a breakfast basket in the room if you want to have breakfast before 7 am. The housekeeper worked fast and efficiently, and the front office staff were nice and helpful! SUPER GENTILS, HYPER TOP! I will come back!

Ideea a fost ca din Colmar In fiecare zi sa facem excursii pe Drumul Vinului cu autobusele locale-o placere,n-ai de ce sa inchiriezi masina.Preturile sunt modeste iar confortul este maxim! De mancat...Bucataria alsaciana, desi pare grea, ofera o varietate de retete atractive si gusturi deosebite( la preturi acceptabile ). Daca vrei sa-ti potrivest ceasul, poti folosi mersul autobuzelor! La fix! Cum Dumnezeu EI reusesc?

Un oras in care se impletesc frumos culturi diferite, vechiul cu noul si simplul cu excesul. Stradute frumoase, cu multe case frumoase, dar nu numai. Mancarea si berea alsaciana merita incercate, desi nu chiar in centru. Catedrala este o priveliste impresionanta, iar istoria sa, de asemenea. Totul se pote vedea mergand relaxat pe jos sau cu transportul in comun, care este foarte util si acopera tot orasul, fie macar cu vaporasul.

delighted to arrive in the rain after a hard day cycling the first stage of The Western Front Way. Our room had a great view of the river and the shower was amazing. Secure parking for the bikes. The hotel is very modern and the staff attentive. Breakfast was excellent and fuelled us for our onward journey.

Every thing! We went for a spa weekend with our french bulldog (which sleeps a lot) and everything was perfect. The room was comfortable with enough space to walk around, the bathroom was very warm. This room was a little outdated but very charming. The spa facilities are definitely high standards, 2 different sauna, a hamman, a pool with jacuzzi space, everything is made to relax. The restaurant was also great, food was qualitative and servings a good size. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Loved the location. The town is very charming. The room was excellent. It was beautifully decorated, the view was nice, everything was cleaned and well maintained. The restaurant, although expensive, was equally amazing and the food was great. The staff was very friendly and their English was very good. Overall a great stay.

Room great. Huge bath. Very comfy bed. Air con set to nice temp. Spa was amazing. Food in the evening was very good. Parking adquate. Beautiful view from the window. Very quiet area. Good choice for breakfast with good coffee. Lift worked. Lovely place to stay.

We really enjoyed our brief stay, the staff were helpful and kind and made a huge effort to make us feel welcome. I cannot fault them. We would definitely return. The dinner was wonderful also

The drive to the property was very beautiful! The snow was just starting to cover the upper mountains. It snowed the day we arrived. The chalet was very cute and clean! There was plenty of seating room for the 3 adults that stayed. For the smallness of the chalet (cabin), it was quite comfortable without feeling cramped. The resteraunt is very good, but is limited on selections. Breakfast is worth the price too. We are planning on coming back in the late spring. We will bring more friends to share this experience.

We had a dinner, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner. Spa and Hammam are the bonus for us. All family members are very satisfied with their stay. We would recommend our friends stay here. We would like to stay here again in the future.
