Excellent buffet breakfast (breads, pastries, cold meats/cheese, eggs, fruit, yoghurt and delicious coffee!) I booked a room overlooking the Cathedral and it was stunning! Also the hotel is just a 3 minute walk from both the train station and the Cathedral so was very convenient.

Rooms were fine, large enough, comfortable. The location is great, an easy walk to the cathedral and old town. Value is spot on. If you drive, there is a convenient space in front of the hotel where you can unload your vehicle and check in. After you check in, best to park in the Coeur de Ville parking lot nearest the hotel, better still to reserve your spot online.

Check-in was smooth. Staff were hospitable and welcoming. Facilities were clean, simple, and comfortable. There was a very slight issue with the bathroom, which was resolved quickly. The location was excellent, so close to the heart of Chartres - the Cathedral, the shops, the restaurants.
