Really disappointed! The hotel, the view and the facilities are all beyond amazing. But the service, management and staff is a big disappointment!

They are easygoing and often have small talks that make you feel you are a part of their big family. The spa is incredible, much MUCH better than the pictures. My wife cried a couple times, of happiness. The restaurants aren't expensive although they provide an astounding level of food and drinks. The hotel facilities are luxurious, and I have no idea why it is ranked as 4 star. It is way better than most of the 5-star hotels I've seen.

We also had our own harman, which was a hit after a day's skiing.

The chalet/hotel is right on the slopes, and the need to be collected from a near-by ski lift and to be delivered by snow jeep makes for a memorable arrival/departure. Despite this season not being the best for snow conditions, we were able to ski (with a bit of care) right back to the hotel. Julie and her team run an excellent show, and are always concerned to deliver a quality stay.
