Com jardim e vista do jardim, o Lowthwaite B&B é um Cama e Café (B&B) situado em um edifício histórico em Watermillock, a 13 km do Askham Hall. After a one of the hardest stages in our End2End route. We arrived after 8pm at Lowthwaite B&B. Jim opened the door for us and helped us with our luguages. He gave us a warm welcome and we felded at home emediately. You can see and feel that Jim and Tine did travel a lot in Azia and Africa. You can see feel that in their hospitity and the decoration. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortabel. The breakfast is great. We'll defenetely return here.

Excellent food, incredibly friendly and warm hosts. Everything was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and the water pressure divine. The hosts had an excellent attention to detail and care. We also got a locally made wool blanket and socks from the shop on the property. Those are now my all time favorite socks thanks to the beautifully soft and fluffy wool.

The lodge was spotless and furnishings were so comfy. The owners have paid great attention to detail and their is everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful touches such as prosecco and fresh flowers on arrival. The hosts are on site due to being a working farm and they are so friendly nothing is to much for them. Only 10 mins walk into poorly bridge.
