Lovely, clean, spacious. Wonderful helpful staff Very nice restaurant on site, great breakfast. 20 minute drive to the park and ride tram we took into Edinburgh every day. Was so convenient to spend pur days in Edinburgh.

Restaurant was good and they served a great breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Property is a short distance from the train station so can get into Edinburgh in about 20 minutes by train.

The Mercure Livingston is a 15-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport and 2 miles from junction 3 of the M8 motorway. It has a brasserie, a restaurant, and free parking. Staff was helpful and great. Loved the stay
